I’ve been testing out these three items according to Dr. Bowe’s renowned “skin cycling” technique, which involves an exfoliation night, followed by a retinoid night, concluding with two recovery nights to give skin a break. I’ve been absolutely loving my results to date–and as someone with easily-irritated skin, that is quite impressive. I have found that skin cycling clears breakouts without “overdoing it” in terms of the use of chemicals on the skin, and I highly recommend this set. The exfoliator and retinoid do not sting, and the cream, although chock full of squalane, ceramides, hyaluronic acid and more, is light enough to use in the morning as well as the evening. I think my favorite of the three is the exfoliation serum–finally, an AHA/BHA/PHA blend that doesn’t inflame my face!

I have also been loving spritzing the Nue Co.
